Absolutely lovely experience! Great tea and an awesome selection of cakes, sandwiches and more. You can buy all the teas that you can drink there. The owner takes the time to explain their teas, the differences and their specialities. You can feel that their heart and passion lies in this wonderful little shop.

We visit Carmarthen about three times a year and always try somewhere new for a cuppa. We tried tea traders and weren't disappointed, massive selection of teas and varied menu. I went for Welsh breakfast tea and teacake while hubby had cherry Bakewell cake. Loved the timer for a proper brew!! Staff were patient and friendly and reasonably priced. Accessible for anyone with mobility issues and seating available outside. Toilets are situated down a flight of stairs! Recommended if you're in the area!!

A little gem of a place. We are in the ‘service trade’ as business owners and this little cafe is everything a great business should be. The service is fantastic, the staff know their products and the tea is out of this world. Excellent experience. Having been for tea at The Savoy, The Ritz, Claridges in London, this little place is truly exceptional and certainly on par with some these establishments but in a less formal basis. Well done guys! You are doing a great job.

Our favourite place in Carmarthen! Delicious food and a fantastic selection of teas. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. A real treat to go there!

Friendly small tea shop, serving both teas from round the world, delicious homemade cakes and locally made pastries (sweet and savoury). Beautifully freshly made sandwiches and toasties available. Would definitely recommend to all visitors to the town.

This is the best tea experience I've had in a very very long time. The tea shop offers many different types of tea, from all over the world. I love the fact that they have selected their teas from places that are eco-friendly and fair to their employees. The teas are very good quality, and so are all the cakes that they offer. The staff is friendly and highly professional. The owner in particular is much knowledgeable about his products, and there is a passion there that improves the experience overall. We had a great time!

What a lovely, clean, welcoming place. We just wanted something light for lunch so had ham and cheese toasties, which were perfectly crisp and generously filled. Wish I'd ordered the cawl though, it looked delicious and hearty. Generous pots of tea, with a huge selection to choose from. The staff are lovely and welcoming too. If we lived locally this would be a regular haunt. (The toilet was super clean too, so a big thumbs up for that!)
